CRAU (if any): Upon getting canonically exploded into a gazillion pieces, one of those bits got scooped up by the captain of a death cruise. (You know the one.) It formed into a Nimona all her own, who, to her amazement, found herself on a ship full of monsters just like her. She actually... made friends, plural? And started learning how to exist around people who didn't immediately want to kill her? She even got a surrogate parent and somebody besides Ballister she could team up with! WILD. Unfortunately, in the way of death cruises, that all came crashing down in a way that left her a little crazy again, but she'll be okay. Probably.

Personality: Calling someone a "gremlin child" might be overdone, but honestly, it's the best way to describe Nimona: feral, impulsive, selfish in the way an animal running on pure instinct is selfish, and predisposed to causing as much destruction and mayhem she can get away with. (Plus an extra 50% more mayhem she knows she won't get away with, but screw it, that's not gonna stop her from trying.) Coming from a world where knights and monsters, heroes and villains, have shaped the entire mythology of the Kingdom, she knows exactly what most people think of someone like her. So if everybody already thinks you're a monster, why not have fun being as monstrous as you can get?

She has big emotions and can transform her body to match them however she wants, which she does with abandon; shapeshifting isn't something she does, but what she is. Yet while her CRAU gifted her with more love and friendship than she ever could've dreamed of, one of those big emotions still swirling inside her -- much as she hates to admit it -- is loneliness. For all her cheerful bravado, deep down, Nimona will always be that sad little creature in the woods who just wants a friend, and she's terrified of the day everyone she cares about finally decides she's too monstrous to love anymore.

All that said, she's got a big heart, too. She's just out of practice using it. Little kids draw out her empathy the quickest and easiest; older friends, she's more likely to punch in the arm rather than talk about ~feelings~, but she'll do her awkward best to show she cares, if she likes you enough. "Showing she cares" might mean she offers to stab a guy instead of giving you a shoulder to cry on, but hey, it's the thought that counts, right?

Initial Game Plan: One of the last events in Sail had Nimona stuck in a cell, depowered, slowly losing her mind because she couldn't shift. So initially, she's... not gonna be doing great. She'll probably be running around the edges of town in any shape but human and leaning harder into her monstrous, feral side; it'll take a little coaxing to settle her down, but once she does, she'll be back to her usual chipper, chaotic self and way more willing to interact with the humans in Pumpkin Hollow.

RP Interests: Like any player, I pinball wildly between wanting to give my character the world and wanting to see them suffer, lol. I want to give Nimona the chance to make more friends! I also want to give her the chance to open up about the darker moments in her life, using the Situations of PH as the catalyst. Any CR that digs into the meatier bits of what it means to be a hero, a villain, or a monster -- including negative CR with monster-hunters or those predisposed to Heroics(tm)! -- is 100% my jam, too.

Preferred Job: LAGGARD 4 LYFE, Nimona's only ever been a sidekick and I've got a busy job that limits my RP time to a couple hours a night. Win-win!
